Harry Potter finally tells his tell

For years now we tried here at Witch Weekly to get a private interview with the famous Boy-Who-Lived, Harry Potter of course.
The boy that was known to all wizard or witch since they were born, the one who saved us when he was only one year old, the one who defeated the Dark Lord.
We always wanted to know what is hidden behind those green eyes and raven black messy hair.

Yours truly found it hard not to fall with such an honest, appealing young man.
Let's say that you spend 10 years of your life living in a cupboard under the stairs, along with a family that wished they never even knew you, or had connection to you, being treated like filth, only to find out one day when you are 11 years old, that you are actually a wizard, and find yourself in a world filled with magic wands, owls as pets and jellybeans that come in every flavor including Grass and Sardine.
A world filled with giants, Ghosts and a magical hat, and thats not all, you find out that you are actually someone, and people whisper your name in awe, and shake your hand like you are a movie start hero, and oh yes, in permanent danger.

After years thinking that he was nobody, that his parents died in a car accident and he was left to been taken care in the hands of his Aunt and Uncle, it was clear from the start that they didn't want him there and wished that he died in that car accident as well. For 11 years they tried to ignore him and use him to their advantage, for cleaning the house or cooking for them, a true tell of the famous muggle story: "Cinderella".
And on his 11th birthday something weird, if you can call it that happened, Owls started to fly into their little home, trying to deliver a mail to our young hero, and in the end a giant approached Harry to inform him that Harry was a special kid with magical powers.
We all know that from the day that we are born, here in the Magical community but do try and imagine how little hero felt to find out that "shocking" fact, that he was very special indeed, not  some nobody that his family used to make  him feel.

Doesn't that leave you all in awe? To find this shocking information about our young wizard, who was surely, would have been treated like a king if he would have lived in a Wizardry house. I know I am.
This will be all for this issue,
I hope you enjoyed getting to know how national hero as I did!

Till next time Lavender
