| News from Hogwarts � The First Task Of The Triwizard Tournament! By Cho Chang 1 The very first task of this tournament has started off on the 20th of April, 2006. Many students and almost all the Professors gathered around in the school grounds to be present for this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Let me remind you who were the champions from each House : - Aerwin Turner of Gryffindor Sammy Hola of Ravenclaw Michael D'Auria of Slytherin Shalamar Magoo of Penshire Zoey Taylor of Hufflepuff As the champions gathered in the school grounds, all could see that the grounds did not look as usual. It had a big tent that was so large that was covering the biggest part of the ground. Professor Sebastien Valant is the Professor who is in charge of the running of this Tournament and he told everyone present that it was actually a maze with mirrors for walls. Before he told the Champions what to do he gave them a reddish brown rock each. He instructed them to wait at each of the five entrances to this Mirror Maze. Everyone had noticed the 5 crystal balls, and after a while Professor Valant filled in everyone and told them that they were reflecting what each champion was doing inside the Mirror Maze. The Tournament began and each champion went inside. From the Crystal Balls, one could see that when a champion looked in the mirror, they would not see themselves, but the reflection of a creature � By next issue, we would know who is the winner of the First Task, I hope, and I will inform you!! |
