| Fight In Knocturn Alley By Taylor A fight broke out in the middle of Knockturn Alley late Tuesday night. Severus Snape, Professor of Potions at Hogwarts, had been in Borgin and Burkes doing a little shopping. As he left the store he was attacked from behind. Apparently known death eater, Bellatrix Black, had been waiting in the shadows and jumped out at Severus when she saw him leave the store. �It seemed like in only a second hexes were flying back and forth between the two�, a witness was heard saying. This is not the first time a fight has broken out between the pair. It is known widely that these two can not stand the sight of one another. No one is certain why the rivalry exists between them or why this fight broke out in the middle of a populated area. An onlooker of the duel rushed to inform the ministry of magic as soon as he saw what was happening but by the time the ministry had arrived Bellatrix was no where in sight. Severus was not apprehended by the ministry as he was only defending himself. He was questioned on the site but would not answer any questions about why the fight had broken out in the first place. Another witness, who would like to remain anonymous, said that she had seen someone following the professor through his whole trip in Knockturn Alley. This attack leaves us all wondering if it is even safe to walk down a crowded street without being attacked anymore. Bellatrix only stuck around for a few minutes. Snape hit her with an extremely powerful hex, that sent her flying backwards. When he did not see her stand back up he walked forward but it seems that Bellatrix had already fled. Was Bellatrix sent to attack Severus on orders from Lord Voldemort or was she acting in this attack alone? As no one is talking your guess is as good as mine! |
