"Laughter ringing, laughter pealing, laughter roaring, laughter bubbling. Chuckling. Giggling. Snickering. Snorting.
This sounds of laughter that comes from deep within our core, help us cope with the stressful life world we live in.
Laughter help us cope, help us feel better,see things more clearly and creatively weigh and use our options.
The power of laughter is unleashed every time we laugh, it's the human gift for survival and it can be a virus, the good kind.
Laughter is our body�s way of giving us a break from anxiety, frustration, and irritation. Without that release, we will grow increasingly serious and stressed.
So don't forget to laugh, try to  ignore things and laugh at their faces,
you will feel better and those that around you.
How hard can it be ?
Life is too important to be taken seriously.
So I hope that this April issue will bring a smile on your faces, and even better make you laugh, we all need that from time to time...
