Treacle Fudge By Taylor Preparation Time: 30 minutes. Ingredients: � Cup of light cream or evaporated milk � Cup of firmly packed brown sugar � Tsp. of salt 4 Oz. of unsweetened chocolate 2 Tbsp. of unsalted butter 1/3 Cup of molasses (or treacle) Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, mix cream, brown sugar, and salt together. 2. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter together. 3. Remove from heat and add molasses (or treacle). 4. Add the chocolate mixtures and cream mixtures together. 5. Pour mixture into a pan and let cool. 6. Cut into squares after cooked and serve. |
