| Polyjuice Potion #2??
The ministry of magic have gotten their hands full with a sudden appearance of a new potion which allows the user to change his or her appearance just like the known Polyjuice Potion. It appears that this new potion is much easier to make and is being brewed secretly somewhere in the country. The use of the potion has been banned but several cases have shown that the ban has no or little effect. Recently a wizard was caught while impersonating a goblin working at Gringotts, luckily the wizard was not very bright and did not even consider that his size did not match that of a goblin and he was brought to the Ministry to explain. Another case involved a witch who tried to impersonate a train driver. When caught she simply said that she had always wanted to try to drive a train. Luckily no harm was done since she didn't even get the train started. A team of Obliviators had to rush in and change the memory of a few Muggles who had seen the incident. So far the investigations have not lead to the solving of the mystery about who brews these potions, but a special squad has been made to look further into these law-brakers business. The problem is that when making or drinking a potion the Ministry's Warning system doesn't go off like when someone uses a spell. This makes it very difficult to find the potion maker or potion makers. Stay tuned to hear more about the development of the mystery Written by Cedric |
