Writing

Poetry is supposed,

to help you find your soul,

so why don't I feel it?

My world isn't whole.

I write because I love,

I write because I hate,

I write for answers,

I write my own fate.

 

I write for passion,

maybe for lust,

but when I'm down,

writing poetry is a must.

 

I write to tell my secrets,

my deep and dark past,

I write because I feel,

that poetry will last.
