My grandfather Dale Cook is cherokee and his sister name is Ruby. My real father is native american but I have never seen him cause he left my mom before I was born. I had a dream about him when I asked my mom about the man I had in my dreams. Thats when she told me the dad that I had was my step and the man in my dreams was my real dad cuase I described him in full detail of my dream. When I go to powwows I feel that I am home among my own people and they except me even though I am not a documented Native American. Please Help.
