Using the Scroller Component in a text box
1. Create a text box, and in the properties window, change the "static Text" to "Dynamic Text" in the upper left corner of the Properties window.
In Flash MX there are components, pre-built tools to add instead of spending the time to create them yourself.

1. Create a text box, and in the properties window, change the "static Text" to "Dynamic Text" in the upper left corner of the Properties window. |

| 2. Now Drag the Scrollbar from the Components window on the right, to inside the dynamic window. It will automatically resize to the size you want. | ||
|
|
||
| 3. All you have to do now is put in the information you'd like to have scrolled. | ||
