This is one of the most difficult solo bosses out there.
For starters he has 2 forms. Here is the first form:
On his first form I would use the resistance method because the things that pop up out of the floor randomly cast gibarta, foie, gizonde. This is the only thing that will hit you on his first form. Do not worry about attacking the video screens and focus on destroying the things that pop up out of the floor. Eliminate these 1 by 1 and if you destroy them all vol opt automatically goes to his second form.
Unlike the first form his second form is all physical damage so your elemental resistances have no effect so make sure you have a high enough defense without your customized setup. In his second form he has 5 types of attacks. These 5 are:
1.heal for 1000hp
2. Launch missiles out the back (these seek)
3. Laser guides rocks fall from the celieng
4. #3 but with random targets
5. Seeking ball (1 hit death)
If the seeking ball hits you a little box shape of rocks. Teammates can break you out but if they don’t this attack is a 1 hit kill so bring dolls if your solo. Both the ball and the missiles go faster than you can run so try to get a head start
His 2nd form has a layout looks like this:

The order that I would destroy the sections is:
After you get rid of the key sections he becomes a vegetable and very easy to destroy so ill leave the rest up to you.
Weaknesses:
1st form the pop up heads are weak to lightning techniques so use gizonde, or razonde but as you may know razonde does less damage. 2nd form is weak to ice, barta does the most damage. The box that traps you is weak to fire techniques, but I suggest rafoie because it hits the box and Vol Opt. Vol Opt cant be jellen/zalured on either form
