� Senior Pastor First Cipolletti Baptist Church. (1981-1984) Renewal ministry. Church jumped from a declining attendance of 50 to 250 adults in 2 years. Started 3 churches in the region and 2 in the same city. Started a private elementary school and a private radio station. Started a Mercy Ministry and a Counseling Ministry for immigrants and for dysfunctional families and young people with emotional or social dysfunction. Attendance 300 adults (plus 200 adults at the daughter churches) at the time of departure.
