| Objectives:
� To promote, nurture, and support an atmosphere of spiritual readiness for church planting amongst multi-nationals within the Greater Washington D.C. Ministry Area. � To support a church planting movement in the Greater Washington D.C. Ministry Area through the recruitment of multinational church planters and those that work with them (volunteers and funded). � To develop processes and resources for mentoring and developing multi-national church planters and those that work with them in the Greater Washington D.C. Ministry Area and within the SBC of Virginia. � To be catalectic in starting small groups amongst multi-national people groups that could become core groups for new congregations and to develop leaders from within small groups and existing churches for the purpose of creating a base of church leaders that could multiply themselves in others. |

| Our Nation�s Capital is in a dynamic change and in a turbulent time. All demographics studies demonstrate not just a quantitative growth but also a growth in diversity and complexity. The old formulas to reach out the growing unchurched and agnostic population are failing. Many colossal church buildings are an empty reminder of the cost for resisting the change and adaptation to new times and cultures. The unchangeable message should be spoken in the new language of the XXI century and new approaches are required to reach all these new challenges. SBCV has accepted the challenge and is rising to the call by putting together a team of catalytic missionaries to simultaneously storm the gates of hells to rescue thosechained in darkness who are coming from different cultures with the eternal and all-powerful message of Jesus Christ. PLEASE CONTINUE PRAYING FOR THE TEAM OF CHURCH PLANTERS THAT ARE DEDICATED TO BRING THE LIGHT OF THE GOSPEL INTO THE DARKNESS OF THIS WORLD'S POLITICAL CAPITAL. |
