There are many homeless rats out there, for many reasons - a petstore rat unexpectedly had a litter, the previous owners got allergic, irresponsibe breeding went out of control, etc.
Most of these ratlings are young, affectionate, and have nothing wrong with them other than the fact they need a home, and all of them are deserving of one!
