Stand By Me? Ch. 17
Although the bishonen battled around them, Blue, Kyoko, and Hotura
stood, only concerned about one person.
Daniel Myuu.
The pale blond smiled at his now grown neice as he stepped towards the
girls. "Come on Miya, be a sport."
"You shut the hell up!" Blue screamed, clutching Hotura tighter to her
chest. "What kind of monster experiments on children!"
"This is all your fault Miya." Daniel smiled as he grabbed Blue's arm.
"If your parents would have let me keep you, I wouldn't have had to study
these other bishonen and bishoujo."
"Don't listen to him!" Kyoko screamed, trying to push Daniel away from
Blue and Hotura.
"Let's go somewhere a little more private, eh Miya?" With those words,
Daniel clicked his fingers, and Blue, Daniel, and Hotura were transported to
some white room.
"Where the hell did that come from?"
Daniel laughed. "You've got quite a mouth on you Miya. Would Mary Lou
like you to be talking like that?"
Setting Hotura down on the white table in the middle of the room, Blue
walked over to Daniel. "How in God's name did you get us out of there?"
"Miya, you mean to tell me that you've never used your psychic
powers?"
Blue glared deep in to her uncle's powder eyes. "My psychic ability
comes from my clone mother."
"Rick and Mary Lou were horrible parents." Daniel sighed, sitting down
at the table. "Miyamato, think about it. They controled psychic bishoujo.
Tell me, what's the first thing that the IBL says about psychic types."
Blue's eyes grew wide. "Daddy never used telekinesis."
Daniel nodded. "Rick didn't like the fact that I convinced him to
create a more powerful child, so he disowned me and took you to live at that
gym of his."
Turning away from the group, Blue walked over to the wall, resting her
head against it. She had never been able to cry as a child, since it wasn't
in her genes. But after the surgery she received when she became the Team
Bishoujo recruiter, she had almost always cried, but in private. "I can see
why you'd want me back, but why take Hotura? I know she wasn't created in one
of your labs."
Daniel smiled. "Miya, honey, the chibi's the first of her kind. As you
know, cloning usually requires some sort of female parent to either clone or
to donate a cell. Your Hotura over there was created from two bishonen. That
should be impossible. We need to study the child, to help trainers everywhere
become stronger."
"Bullsh**" Blue
growled, turning to face her uncle. "How can you say any of the things you
created are helpful to any trainers?"
"We create stronger bishonen. You should be able to understand why
people would like stronger bishonen."
Miya chuckled to herself as she noticed that Hotura had made her way
off the table, and was presently searching for a way out of the white room.
The chibi was adventurous and cunning... something that may prove to be a
challenge for Heero and Duo later on.
"You know, stronger isn't always better."
"Only the weak say things like that."
Blue nodded as she walked over to Hotura and picked the chibi up.
"Okay, maybe the weak do say things like that, but," Blue snapped her
fingers, transporting the entire group back to the battlefield. "what happens
when bishonen get too strong?"
Daniel gazed at the grounds where his company's creations were locked
in battle with the bishonen from the gym leaders. For the most part, his
creations were putting up a pretty good fight. Sure, Heero's and Duo's
attacks had taken some of them by suprise at first, but they quickly
rethought their strategy.
"And what is THIS supposed to be proving?" Daniel sighed, pulling a
cigarette from his pocket and lighting it. "I was hoping to talk to you about
this in a civilized manner, Miya."
Blue hissed as she handed Hotura over to Kyoko, who had come running
up to the two after seeing them reappear.
"There's two things that everyone knows about me, Danny. One, don't
bring up my parents. They're both dead. It's not nice to speak of the dead,
in any manner. Second, my name is NOT Miya."
With that, Blue began to glow as she rose in to the air. Her hair
rippled as the psychic energy flowed from her person.
"And now, Daniel Myuu, it's time to show you how f***ing strong
Genesis' first daughter is."
"Oh my God..." Kyoko whispered as she shielded Hotura's eyes from the
wave of destruction Blue was sending towards the head of Genesis. "She's
finally snapped."
One by one, each of the bishonen noticed the battle ensuing between
the psychics. The rifts of energy were actually visible, as Daniel projected
his mental weapons toward Blue, who was protected by the sapphire aura
surrounding her.
"Madame! I'm coming!" Mateo screamed, throwing down his sword, and
leaving Lese's side in the battle. He had only seen her this angry once
before.... and he sure had been hoping she'd never end up in this state
again.
"Hold up man." Nick sighed as he grabbed the hysterical bishonen's
shoulder. "First off, she'd kill us easily with one of those psychic blasts
that she's sending out. Second, if that didn't kill us, she'd torture us once
we got back home."
Mateo nodded, tears forming in his eyes. "She shouldn't have to do
this."
"Hey babe," Lese whispered as she landed next to the two bishonen.
"When did humans become so powerful?"
Mateo laughed as he lit a cigarette. "Madamoiselle, she's far from
human."
"Fight like a man!" Blue scremed as Daniel used teleport once again,
dodging her psychic blast again. "You said you wanted to know why stronger
isn't better. Does this answer your f***ing question?"
"This isn't a fair fight!" Daniel gagged as he was knocked backwards
by one of the blasts. "Humans aren't supposed to battle bishoujo!"
"But I'm not a bishoujo, and you know that." Blue smirked as she
landed next to him. "Now, tell me why in God's name I shouldn't kill you
right this instant?" Blue smiled, exposing her fangs as she smiled.
Daniel's face suddenly seemed old as he looked up in to the cat-like
eyes of his niece, who now had him pinned beneath her high heeled boot.
"Miya, honey, without Genesis, you wouldn't be here."
"Wrong answer."
"Blue!" Kyoko screamed as she handed Hotura to Lese. Running over to
the Heighton View Gym leader, she grabbed the blond's shoulders and shook the
former cat girl. "Don't kill him! Let the police handle this."
"He's got people in the police." Blue growled as she pushed Ky
back.
"Miya, listen to her." Daniel whimpered from beneath her heel.
"You're not talking sense now."
Blue wasn't listening to any of their pleas for mercy. Her eyes rolled
white, and all knew what was going to happen. Lese hugged the chibi close to
her as she heard the fatal snap of bone breaking.
Nick shook his head. "I can't live with a killer."
Mateo, although no one else understood why, was smiling as he walked
up to Blue.
"Is it safe to say Miss Bean's back?"
Blue just stared at the body of her uncle. She wasn't a killer. Even
after she had been accused of killing that Trigun trainer back when she was
'Miss Bean' as Mateo called her, she never went as far as actually killing
anyone. Never. Not even the woman she had been accused of killing.
"What the hell have I done?"
Mateo stared at his trainer. She never regretted any of her actions,
in public. It was the same thing as crying- a weakness. Blue wasn't the same
person he knew. She wasn't the confident, caring, yet somewhat conceited
trainer that molded herself in to the over-confident, heartless, and arrogant
trainer he grew to love. This Blue was scared.
"I'll lose the gym if I'm connected to this." She whispered to the
group, hoping to find sympathy from someone.
Kyoko hugged her fellow gym leader. "It was for the good of bishonen
everywhere."
That just didn't settle well with Blue. She fell to the ground,
wailing like a child.
