RATFA is a program that gives a chatter the power to muzzle, kick, ban somebody in the chatroom given the permission from the host. It also allows you to change topic remotely, It has a built in port scanner to scare bullshitters away. (I dont recommend using scanner in your room coz it'll scare some of your chatters away.).
RATFA is consist of two separate programs, the client and the server. The
server is the program that the host run in his computer and the client is the one used by the modarators and admins to connect to the server. Once the client is connected to the server they can be able to execute and send commands to the host's chatroom.
