Role of Adult for Junior Girl Scout
-Take into account the developmental differences between 4th, 5th, and 6th graders.

-Leader inputting 50% of time when girls are at 6th grade level

-Role Modeling, very important. -Adult acts as a facilitator, gives guidance.
