There is a theory and I am not saying that it is true and I do not know all the facts but I want to get this out to people and see what they think...Bob Marley died of cancer. That is a fact. It is said that he got that cancer in his toe while playing his favorite sport, soccer with some American press. However, a few sources have told me that the toe cancer that he had is very rare and that it was even rarer in black people(Marley was technically mixed as his father was white). The common thought is that the CIA gave Marley cancer to stop the Jamaican uprising.
