>Why is it that you only made E-7?
Because I had a chance to retire on Friday and go to work on Monday as a GS-10 with promotion to GS-11 after one year.
I talked to Master Chief Wallace about you. You were quite the malcontent.
>Why is the Navy looked at as a haven for those white people who can't make it on the outs, but as an honorable profession for Filipinos?
Is that the way you saw it? I never saw it that way. I guess that in between wars the public perception of the military in general goes to hell. I think it's an honorable profession for anyone who makes it their profession, Filipino or not.
>But yeah, I love the "f*cking Navy" and the Navy loves "F*CKING" me!
Good times and riches and son-of-a-bitches I saw more than I can recall.
>"have some fun" - that sounds like a thinly veiled threat.
Do you see Black Helicopters too? How about UN Troops?
>More racist Filipino stereotype comments...
No more so than your "typical" American remark. Sounds like you are lumping everybody into a one size fits all box. I just wanted you to see how the medicine tastes. Maybe I over did it.
> If this is what you think of Filipinos and you're married to one, what do you think of Blacks, Mexicans and other minorities?
I don't think too much about it. I tend to judge people as I meet them. I can tell you that I used a black real estate agent to buy this home. I told her I wanted a neighborhood where she would be comfortable living. It's upper middle class and about 1/3 black.
My wife hires every Mexican she can get to apply. It's too bad that about 75% are rejected when their paper work gets sent to the corporate management level and checked with the feds.
>Not to mention making a mockery of your 23+ years of being married to a Pinay.
Six kids too.
>Yeah... you did! You call yourself a "sailor"? That was a mighty weak attempt at cursing.
Well, I don't get much practice. I found that leadership through fear and intimidation just wasn't my style.
>For the record, I was an "Echo Tango".
How many Echo Tangos does it take to fix an SMQ-6? I don't know, they never got it fixed.
>Don't do "me" any favors. If you are really sincere, please send your donations to your wife's family. But, on behalf of the chidren of the Philippines, I accept your generous offer and your apology.
I'm touched Steve, really touched. I know a guy who is the Strength and Conditioning Coach for an NFL team. He played for Penn State and then in the CFL. He knows some of the shoe promotion guys.
My offer of help is serious. Rather than shipping boxes you should think about a 40 foot container. You also need a legitimate set up on the other end. Hopefully a non government set up in the Philippines. The Catholic church might be the best ticket because if you get some donations you don't want them ending up for sale in a public market in Manila.
You'll also have to either form your own non profit organization or latch onto one. The guys with the juice to do this will want to write it off their taxes. If you were smart enough to become an ET then you should be able to fill out the paper work yourself.
You'll need letter head stationary and you'll need to check on solicitating in other states. The whole plan has to be in place before donations are requested.
If you are serious let me know. I will help you.
