Trading -- I love trades. At RLS, all tiniquines are potentially for trade -- that is, unless I have an emotional attachment to a tiniquine, I could potentially trade anyone. Remember, I judge TQ "worth" on show talent -- so generally only trades for TQ's with equal or better show records will be accepted. I'm not a stickler for same sex trades, so I'd be more than willing to trade a mare for a stallion/gelding or vice versa, it doesn't have to be only a mare for a mare, or stallion for a stallion.

My Sales -- Sales prices are not necessarily final. Often, when I decide to sell TQ's, it will be because I am looking for some extra SF or I simply want to get rid of someone, so if you'd rather offer me 10sf less for a tq than the listed price, tell me. If the TQ doesn't sell at the listed price for a few days (or whenever I get impatient), I'll probably sell it at a lower price. If you annoy me about it, though, I'll have to smack you. I reserve the right to refuse your sale for any reason, but I will tell you what that reason is. If I disapprove of your roleplay style, activeness, or general attitude, I may decide not to sell my tiniquines to you. I want the best possible homes for my TQ's, where I know they will be shown, roleplayed, and not neglected. Once I sell a TQ to you, I usually offer all rights to the tiniquine to you, meaning that you can sell the tiniquine without having to contact me first to ask permission. However, once you've sold the TQ, you DO need to contact me with the stable of the new owner for my records, as well as inform your buyer of this rule if they decide to sell my TQ. There might be exceptions to this rule, where if I don't want anyone else to have the TQ, I won't allow you to sell them. If this is the case, I'll tell you before you buy him so as not to be all "HEY! SURPRISE!" one day. I do not promise to register all of my TQ's before I sell them, so if you buy one of my unregistered TQ's, I give you the opportunity to rename him, but you MUST keep the RLS prefix. I realize that a lot of my names are/will be spazzy as hell, and people may not like them. I also understand that the name a TQ has is a reflection of its owner's personality (IE: what they think of when they look at a TQ). This is why I'm not going to be a stickler for names like all the other stables. :) However, if the TQ is registered -- Sorry, but the name stays. Don't like it? Tough.

Studding -- Stud fees are final. Only registered mares will be allowed to use my registered stallions. If you would like to breed to my stallion, you must contact me and ask my permission. That's why all the stallions will be under reserved status, to prevent haphazard breeding. I am fond of the practice of the foal's name containing part of the sire's name, so if you stud my stallions, I require that to be the case. If you decide not to do this, and still don't after I've warned you about it, I'll probably get really bitchy, dramatic, and make the issue public, since that's the kind of vitriolic personality I have. ^_^ Your mare must have an equal or greater amount of ribbons as my stallion. Because RLS focuses strictly on show capability, the bloodlines of my stallions will only go toward producing offspring that will have show capability. As a stable just starting out, the show records of the stallions of RLS will be slim to none, so this will be kept in mind during breeding requests.

Basically, if you're not retarded, everything will be fine.
