Dear Aslam
Thank-you for seeking an explanation of what I mean by Uri Linguistics . I have the intention to write a monograph on this and hence this note can be taken as an initial input towards this.
1.
If you pursue the postings on The Tamil Base of Sanskrit, you can see already an application of this science where a concealed or hidden component of Sk slokas are retrieved systematically and which also happens to be a kind of Archaic Tamil showing features of SumeroTamil and sometimes even C.Tamil. Uri Linguistics is the SCIENCE of retrievals scientifically of such hidden components. This is a developing science and I am practicing it to get an understanding of it TACITLY and then through a second order reflection make clear the principles of this science. This essay is the first in this direction.

Now the name ?uri? is taken from Tol?s classification of some words into Uric Col and which he says they are words that suffer changes in meaning and phonetic shape (paNbinum isaiyinum mey tadumaaRi) so much so we can peel off the surface layers in order to expose the hidden and concealed original form both in meaning and morphology. Now inspired by this, I extend this term from word level to sentence level and which is suggested to me when I study the languages of Rig Veda Bagavath Gita and so forth. I believe such a study can be extended to other ancient languages like Siraiki and possibly to other Indian and Pakistani languages.

This science is developed as belonging to Hermeneutic Sciences and hence don?t be surprised if you don?t find it among the Western Linguists. Also don?t be surprised if even now the Western linguists do not approve of it. The Western culture as a whole moves on the basis of Positive Sciences and are blind towards a more inclusive sense of science i.e. Hermeneutic Science such as you find in the body of Tol. What I do is to take the various slokas of Sk as DOUBLE texts - sentences in showing themselves as such and such, they also disclose a HIDDEN component that can be retrieved and through that also the ORIGINAL MEANING recovered. In such an exercise there are the application of various kinds of Utti as in Tol where an utti (> Sk ukti) is a movement of the mind that CLARIFIES the issues surrounding the sentence under analysis. Once we identify such utties, then another person can also apply them and with that come to have the SAME understanding as the initial person. At this point we can also have AGREEMENT between scholars ensuring that what was said is a TRUTH and hence the whole exercise wholly OBJECTIVE. This sense of objectivity and truth is also foreign to Western culture but the very basis of Dravidian culture.
For example: There is the issue of whether Siraiki belongs to Dravidian family of languages or IndoAryan. Now in terms of Uri Linguistics, the question will be answered by taking a significant sample of sentences of he language , Look at the hidden and concealed components within and if there are then retrieve them and see whether they are clearly Dravidian or IndoAryan and so forth. Now if such Hidden Structures are Dravidian, then we can say Siraiki is also Dravidian. This is why I claim that Rg and Sk are Dravidian and not at all IndoAryan and that perhaps the construct of IndoAryan is vacuous
