That is not an assessment, but based on Polat Kaya's theory it is a
possiblility.
Because it is kol in those other Turkic languages, it may have
originally been kol. I am waiting for more evidence from Polat Kaya
to substantiate his theory.
Again, it is not clear, but it is a possibility, and I am waiting for
more evidence to help with this question.
I am trying to understand if there really is basic vocabulary
evidence to demonstrate a wide ranging relation between Turkish and
numerous other languages.
