Rashid Loreto Duazo Peroramas has been in the internetworking industry since 1994. He is presently connected with the University of the Philippines (UP) as Graduate Student. During his spare time, he is studying the latest technologies in preparation for industry certification examinations conducted by Microsoft and Cisco. Prior to his graduate studies at UP Institute of Islamic Studies, Rashid was involved in many IT-related projects at several large companies such as National Air Services, Al-Naghi Brothers Company, JUMBOnet Philippines, National Information Systems, Rajab and Silsilah Company, and Compex Sales Corporation. Rashid is also a University of the Philippines Presidential Scholar doing research work for the completion of his thesis for his graduate studies in Master of Arts in Islamic Studies.

He began his career in information and communication technology at one of the fast-growing computer companies in Metro Manila, Philippines after graduating from the University of San Carlos with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.

Rashid began working in Web designing in 1998 through his involvemnent with the Online Casino project at JUMBOnet Philippines, Inc. Since then, he has carefully studied its growth and has done web page designing and Web site development using various Web authoring tools and Web development technologies.
