| Journey |
Feelings of disparity, replaced by thy love Much pain and confusion, hearthaches, so many storms Hanging as if by a thread, but then you came along my knight in shinning armour, so strong Lifted me up from the deepest dungeons Comes then the dawning of a new day the distance you traveled was great every obstacles, every prey torned down It made no difference to you the distance you had to travel knocking over foes any enemy to get to me over seas, oceans, rivers any great divide the distance was not a physical journey It was spiritual, a journey of my mind I'm forever grateful to you I call you friend, mine. |
