| News - Conker, PD and Banjo to M$, SabreWulf canned! Sadly, it has been confirmed that Nintendo loses the licenses of Conker, Perfect Dark and Banjo to Mircosoft. IGN today confirmed the news, stating that Nintendo sold their shares in each of the games to Rare. Hence, from now on, Perfect Dark 2, Conker 2 and Banjo Threeie are Xbox exclusive. In another twist of events, its almost certain that SabreWulf and Banjo Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge have been cancelled, despite the fact that Rare recently confirmed their existance. It was merely a cover-up by Rare, to keep their ventures to Microsoft secret. Its a sad day for Sabreman fans, because the game was highly anticapted by many GBA owners. Im just glad i dont have to face the lead programmers of SabreWulf and BK:GR! Fortunetly, it now seems Diddy Kong Pilot and Donkey Kong Coconut Crackers will be released by Nintendo for the GBA. DKP is a game that many are looking forward to, and will surely be popular upon release....as for Donkey Kong Coconut Crackers...well....*shush* Look out for more confirmations and cancellations as the days pass buy....one thing is interesting though....Killer Instinct license has not been sold to M$...funny that. More as it becomes available. |
