Abstract Lillies

Crisp, cold air
chaps my skin
as I touch the image
of the path I walk.

Camera in hand...
image to stand...
abstract lillies lie about the sand.

We walk with
imaginitive ideas...
floating like the dismal cold sky
everything seems reasonable on this island.

the abstract lillies are
moving as the winddoes...
in our minds.

Abstract lillies
search the sky
as the click snaps,
and the picture is taken.

for a while... we neglect
the lillies; but...  like always
those little abstract lillies are
far in reach- in the back of our
imaginitive minds.

As the wind flows...
there is something that will
always be known.

Abstract lillies
in the trees...
in the park...
In the sand...
In the tiny palm of our hands...
and they take a stand.
