The seventh annual BE
AN ANGEL DAY will be celebrated on Sunday,
August 22, 1999. This is a day on which people around the world are encouraged
to be like the angels - God's selfless servants -- and "do one small act
of service for someone; be a blessing in someone's life."
BE AN ANGEL DAY
is a non-profit, non-denominational event. Participants are encouraged
to go within their hearts and celebrate BE
AN ANGEL DAY however the "God voice" within
inspires them. It can be
celebrated on an individual
basis by anonymously performing a small act of service. It can be celebrated
with a group activity in holding a joyous
angel party with a group meditation
where participants invite the angels to inspire them with ideas on ways
to be of service as a group in their
community.
The whole purpose of BE
AN ANGEL DAY is to establish a cooperation
in service to God between the human and angelic kingdoms. The key word
that describes the angels is
SERVICE
and this is a day to be like the blessed angels
and do a small act of service for someone. BE
AN ANGEL DAY
is a perfect opportunity for
us to deliver to others messages of hope, faith, peace and love -- just
as the angels deliver to our lives. Together we
can serve God with the Angels.
Holy Spirit inspired the selection
of August 22nd as the date for BE AN ANGEL
DAY. The date of the 22nd was chosen because
the number 22 is
a master number which has a
vibration of God encouraging us to be His Master Architects. We are building
a bridge between the kingdom of the
angels and humans - a bridge
between heaven and earth - a bridge of joint service. The month of August
is number 8 among the 12 months. Eight has
a numerical vibration of achievement,
accomplishment, fulfillment. Together with the glorious angels we are working
towards fulfillment of
God's divine plan for earth
and for our own lives. "Thy kingdom come. Thy Will be done."
BE AN ANGEL DAY
is a joyous day where people around the world are encouraged to let God
inspire them to spread the light, joy, peace and love of God to others.
It is a day of BLESSINGS.
You're blessed to be a
blessing to others. BE
AN ANGEL DAY is a day of service to God. A
day to be an angel to someone. "How many angels are there? One that
transforms your life is enough."
You may be that one angel that transforms someone's life with your kindness.
This year's BE
AN ANGEL DAY's theme is:
MAKE A JOYFUL SOUND
UNTO THE LORD IN THE KEY OF
YOU.

something is right, when something is true, your
whole body chimes in the KEY
OF YOU.
In celebration of
BE AN ANGEL DAY 1999
I am encouraging everyone to make a joyful sound in the KEY
OF YOU. Fill your life with
JOY and let that joy overflow through sound. The sound may be words of
love, chants of inspiration, songs of hope,
childlike giggles of delight,
or joyous laughter. Let the sound of you be uplifting to yourself and to
others.
The sound of music is also an
important part of this year's BE AN ANGEL
DAY. The sound of music weaves us together
as a universal family. One of
the most healing instruments
on the planet is the harp. In celebrating the 7th Annual BE
AN ANGEL DAY, open your heart and spirit to
the sound of
the harp. Go to your local music
store and acquaint yourself to harp music and the talented harpists on
the planet. Purchase a recording of harp
music and fill your home with
the heavenly sound of harp music. You may event want to purchase for yourself
a small harp. The sound of
the harp is soothing and comforting
to the soul. The Bible shares how David soothed King Saul's depression
by playing the harp.
One of my favorite quotes that
celebrates the harp as a "God thought" is by Samuel Taylor Colerdige. Coleridge
owned an Aeolian harp and was inspired to write these words:
"And what if all of animated
nature be but organic harps diversely framed, that trembled into thought
as o'er them sweeps plastic and vast,
One intellectual breeze, At
one of the soul of each, and God of all."
Additionally, I want to mention
the service of CHALICE OF REPOSE. This group has been recognized
on Dateline and in LIFE Magazine (December 1998 Issue).
The founder, Therese Schroeder-Sheker had an encounter
with a man she calls an angel
and from that experience was inspired to provide for the dying a "blessed
death" with the support of harpists who play songs to ease pain and soothe
the soul.

The 7th Annual BE
AN ANGEL DAY is an angelic opportunity to
celebrate with the Angels the JOY and healing of harp music. I am inviting
all
harpist on the planet to celebrate
with me and to play their harps on Sunday, August 22, 1999. We will be
living St. Francis' words: "Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace" and
will be radiating blessings of
peace through the playing of
the harp. It is my hope that we will soothe the soul of the earth with
our playing harp music. Together we will make a joyful sound unto the Lord.
If possible, I encourage everyone
to be part of a GLOBAL HARP LINK and either play a harp or play a recording
of harp music during the 11 AM EST
hour on Sunday, August 22, 1999.

Maryland, I will be offering angelic harp blessings to all conference attendees
during the 11 AM to 12 Noon EST time period.
