Angels, fairies, people, plants and animals are all spirit. This positive alphabet is a guide to help you love and accept yourself and achieve a oneness with everyone and everything. 
 
 

A

Angels are also called Helpers, Guides, Guardian Angels, Universal Messengers, Holy Spirit, Companions or Invisible Friends. They will only give us suggestions and they communicate with us about sixty times a day. They may convey that communication via feelings, hunches or knowing, visions, dreams or flashes of information or by
words, that assuring or warning inner voice. Everyone has at least two Angels with them. You may also call them Fairies, Gnomes, Elves or
Leprechauns in the nature kingdom. 

   Everyone has the ability to live the success they already are, they just have to organize their feelings in a business-like manner and simply do what they need to do, with respect for themselves and all others. 

   Ambition, creativity, plans, trust and faith are all used to help you to reach your lifetime goals. You all have a path, a purpose and a dream for this lifetime - just live it. 

   Action combined with a clear direction will keep you on your life path to success. Trust. 

   Ask for help and it will be there, it may not always be instant, however with patience, there is always a simple solution. Remember to breathe, relax and be. 

   Life is an Adventure, it is living your journey and not being impatient about getting to your destination. You do not have to live the rest of
your life next week. Spread your lessons evenly through your life to enjoy the learning experience and then regroup what you are learning so you add to your wealth of wisdom. 

   Animals, from the smallest land insect to the giant whales are also spirits with an animal body. We need to treat them with respect, because they share our planet too. 

   Awareness of the real you is essential so you know what is you and what is not you. 

   Angelic Beings are mentioned or referred to over three hundred times in the bible. 
 
 

B

   Beauty that is seen is a mirror reflection of your inner beauty and light, as a soul, otherwise you may not see it. 

   Business-like energy is needed so you can organize your life as if it is a business. Inner organization matches your outer organization, as your environment matches your state of consciousness. 

   Be aware of the difference between the love from your Angels and the downward, angry, depressed emotion from confused souls in the environment. When you open the door to emotion, confusion moves in. Your Angels use only unconditional love, patience and support. 

   Breath is important when you are walking through learning experiences, so take shorter steps and by noticing your breath, you will treasure each moment, uniquely. 

   Be the real you, instead of pretending to be someone else and not living your life. 
 

C
 

   Caress yourself, your values, your positive attitude and your passion for living, then give yourself a pat on the back for your achievements and spiritual growth to date. 

   Continuity is the continuing journey of the soul through aeons of time. As a soul with a beautiful physical body, you are here this lifetime to grow spiritually, in a physical world. 

   It is important that you see yourself as an essential part of your Community, your city and your country, in your bigger picture of your
planet earth and your universe. 

   Comfort, help and backing are part of the spiritual "contract" you have with each of your Angels. They act as guides only and respect the fact that you have free will. You chose them because they have achieved what you are here to learn. Enjoy their companionship. 

   Care for yourself, it's your choice.
 

D
 

   Discover your uniqueness by taking time to look within for the jewels of wisdom and volumes of experiences from this lifetime and all your past lives. You can also tap into the wisdom of your Angels too, it is as if you have several invisible people helping you grow through your life along your chosen path. 

   Dreams and desires are designed to ignite your feelings with enthusiasm to reach your lifetime goals and you stay on your path in life. 

   Develop your feelings more by walking bare footed or using your hands more while gardening, cleaning or touching. Be sensitive to what your true feelings are saying. Trust them. 

   Divine intervention can happen subtly, suddenly and surely, if you need to move or get your act together. You can call it the "Spiritual Wellington Boot" and you know when it has struck. 

   Don't fix yourself, just change. 
 

E
 

   Enjoy your life more by taking time to have fun. One third of your day needs to be spent in social energy where you meet new people. The other two thirds are business energy and personal time, which includes time asleep, when you are out in the universe with some of your Angels, regrouping or planning. 

   Enter into your inner sanctuary, your tranquil garden or peaceful scene to enjoy the fruits of your cool, calm and serene inner energy.
   You can learn to tap into it at any time you choose. 

   Energy cannot be created or destroyed, so as a soul you are energy that continues through time. The only thing that dies is the physical
   body, and it goes back to the planet. 

   You can change your energy, attitude or aura just as quickly as you change a hat or coat, because you are in control and it is your energy.
   Live and let live. Walk your talk. 

   Enhance your gracious feminine part. 
 
 

F
 

   Fairies are part of the spirit world, usually in nature. There are many human fairies too. We can learn about lightness, gaiety, sparkles,
   tranquility, fun, and laughter from them. Allow yourself to unfold your inner child and fantasy fairy. You are the sparkle, live it. 

   Feelings tell you everything, trust what they are saying, so you use your sensitivity for you and not against you. Your feelings are that
   sacred part that only you can access, never hide them, because you may hide them from yourself. 

   Freedom of the soul can be experienced nightly by treasuring the hours you sleep. This is your personal time, for universal exploration,
   goal setting, planning and regrouping with your Angels. When you arrive back at school or planet earth, the next morning, take time to bring those spiritual experiences into your physical existence and feelings. 

   Food is a wonderful expression of passion and it is one of our basic needs. If we do not respect our basic needs, our body starts to break down and dis-ease happens. Respect your needs and what your body requires by listening to your body, it will tell you, heed it. Self-Love = self-respect. 

   Flowers help us with our life and our own healing. Photosynthesis occurs, which allows us to keep breathing oxygen, courtesy of the trees and flowers. Plants and trees absorb, change and release negative energy from the planet to help us with healing. The colours of flowers add vitality, harmony and creativity to gardens or indoors and are used for healing in the form of flower remedies, oils and essences. Unfold your inner floral beauty. Blossom. 

   Fun is part of life. Funny situations can change the energy of a person, house or office. Create fun in your life by seeing the glad side, the joyful inner being, the happiness of the soul. You are a light
force, as a soul, so remember to turn on your light and shine. 

   Feel each of your Angels or Helpers around you, so you know them
   intimately. 
 

G
 

   Goals are important in your life, because without goals, you do not
   know where you are going. Take time to write your goals down,
   because when you do this, you have taken the first step to reaching
   them. It is taking the idea or feeling and putting energy behind it.
   List several goals, one after another, or prioritize them, so that when
   one is achieved, you regroup and move onto the next, enjoying your
   fulfillment. You may have personal goals, business goals and social
   goals. Add a "wish list", with pictures or drawings of what you want,
   so they materialize more quickly. Then plan projects as steps to your
   goals, because without a plan, you cannot create the steps along your
   path. 

   Graduation happens at the point of death when you, as a soul, snap
   your "silver cord", the energy link between you, the soul, and your
   body. You physically let go and join up with your Angels, who look
   like those little fairy lights, and you follow your Angels out to the
   universe, your real home. 
 

H
 

   Heaven can be anywhere at any time you choose, as you are in control
   of your energy. There is no good or bad, no right or wrong because
   from a spiritual point of view, everything is OK. It is part of the
   rhythms and routines of the universe. Look at your rhythms, routines,
   policies and procedures of your life. What you put out is what you get
   back. 

   Health and healing energy are a part of every person, because
   everyone is energy. Your self-acceptance matches your self-love and
   self-respect. Honesty is very healing. If you judge others, notice as
   you point, because there are usually three of your fingers pointing
   back at you, so why judge yourself? No one needs extra pressure,
   especially from themselves, so watch how you put pressure on
   yourself, how you sabotage your energy and your life. Challenge your
   old habits. The bottom line is there is either love or fear. What are
   you allowing yourself to endure? 

   Hope keeps your aspirations alive. 
 

I
 

   Inner love is from your heart, your true feelings, you are love. You do
   not have to look for love elsewhere, or from another person. 

   Intuition can be several things. Some people say it is sensitivity and
   feelings, like "woman's intuition". Some say it is the psychic gift of
   clairaudience or clear hearing, trusting that inner voice from within. It
   is fair and organized. Whatever it is for you, that's what it is,
   however, why not use it? Everyone is sensitive and you have an inner
   voice, so fine tune it, just like listening to a radio, you can adjust the
   knob to improve or disrupt the reception, it is your choice. With that
   trust comes a more relaxed awareness of your own ability to get your
   own answers, to be in charge of your life and to do your thing, your
   way, your style. You need to experience living your life. 

   Inside you is the real you, with everything you ever need. Use your
   imagination to unfold. 
 

J
 

   Joy is an expression of your heart, your true feelings, the real you.
   Trust that real you, it is you as a soul. 

   Just when you thought everything was OK in your life, another crazy
   thing happens - Great, enjoy the adventure, enjoy the newness and
   enjoy the learning experience. 

   Jesus came to this planet to share about unconditional love, that is
   love without hooks or attachment.  Love = Respect. 
 

K
 

   Kindness to ourselves and all others is part of what we are all here to
   learn, and we can do it easily and with respect by keeping life
   simple. We all know when we put pressure upon ourselves and we
   know how far to go before we just need to say - "Hold it, slow down,
   stop!" and then take time to breathe, relax and be still, because if
   you do not stop, damage may occur, which may not be pleasant. Be
   honest. We cannot climb a hill at the same speed that we use to walk
   along flat ground, so when the going gets tough, take shorter steps or
   just simply stop. I saw a poster once with this tough looking guy on it,
   and the caption read: When the going gets tough, the tough go
   shopping. We can heed this, change energy and laugh. 

   Knowing is a means of communication. It is getting a hunch and
   moving with it at the most perfect time and it is trusting that move.
   Your Angels will guide you to the perfect place at the perfect time,
   because they know your path. Stick to that inner trust and you are on
   target. Your nose knows, so trust your sense of smell. 
 

L
 

   Letting go is one area that many people have trouble with. If it is a
   person, we need to remember that as a soul we are totally free, we
   came to planet earth alone and we leave alone. However we are never
   alone spiritually, because our Angels are always with us. Marriages,
   relationships, meetings or friendships are all arranged for us to meet
   others and share our life with the vast number of different people on
   this planet. The universe arranges for us to meet someone to sort out
   the past, to have a great future or to learn in the now. Nothing is
   forever and it is much better to restrict connections with others to
   this lifetime only. When you let go, you do it physically, because from
   a spiritual point of view, we are all connected as one. 

   Live your life instead of thinking about it. 

   Love = respect = love. 

   Love or fear - YOU have a choice. 
 

M
 

   Meditation was always a mystery to me. The idea of sitting on a hill
   for three weeks was not appealing. One day I was walking beside a
   river and I was chatting with my Angels when I asked them what
   meditation was all about. This voice suggested: "What are you doing
   now?" Oh, maybe this was my version and I just needed to realize that
   I did it differently. Everyone needs to stop and be still, but not
   everyone needs to sit on a hill for a while. So do it your way and
   watch copying what others do, because you may just be wasting your
   time, which is really all you have! 

   Marvelous is a beautifully descriptive word and I reckon that people
   need to see themselves, their body, their life, their situations and
   their purpose as a marvelous thing. 

   Marvel at your inner strength, wisdom and knowledge and then note
   how much you are really utilizing. Start spreading your marvelous
   energy around and unfold that inner marvel. 

   Marvel at how your team of Angels helps you. 
 

N
 

   Now is the perfect moment to be in, not the past because it has gone
   and not the future because it has not happened yet, and what you are
   worried about may not even happen. Sometimes avoiding the present
   can be a form of escape, which is usually a waste of time. Why not
   enjoy here and now and get involved in your life instead, so you can
   let go of the past to be lighter and plan for your future so there is no
   fear. With your plan, remember to be flexible so you can follow your
   hunches or be spontaneous when new doors open or a new opportunity
   is presented to you. 

   Nature areas with trees, flowers, gardens or forests are full of
   healing energy. If you have not visited a nature area lately, take
   yourself off to a park, garden or forest to help you come back to
   yourself. I recommend that people hug a tree a day for self-healing
   and inner growth while letting go of old energy. Hug yourself, a friend
   or a teddy bear, if there is not a tree close by. 
 

O
 

   Open your eyes to see the real you, open the shutters to expand your
   view, open your heart to love yourself and others more and open your
   door to set yourself and others free. When you are open you accept
   yourself, warts and all, you allow yourself to laugh at your errors and
   you adapt to change more rapidly. Being open allows the fresh air to
   flow through and the cobwebs to blow out, it creates an inflow and an
   outflow of energy through your physical body so you flow more, you
   flex more and you bend in the breeze. You start to help yourself and
   then you start to help others as your attitude changes to open up to
   new adventures, new beginnings, new awareness while old habits fall
   away and old doors close. You open a new strength and a new inner
   security that helps you to resolve concerns as you hit new learning
   experiences. 

   Organize your feelings and act upon them. 

   Open yourself up to be the freedom YOU are. 
 

P
 

   Patience is one of our biggest lessons. Most people have about
   twenty percent of their life to sort out and they usually want to fix it
   all next week. They forget they have about eighty percent of their life
   in order, directed and together, so usually they spend eighty percent
   of their time and energy looking at the twenty percent that needs
   adjusting or change. A suggestion: take the eighty percent, keep
   moving with it, follow your own style, and as you move ahead you
   almost automatically sort out the twenty percent that needs change.
   This is keeping life simple and enjoyable. 

   Plan your steps through your life so you know where you are going
   and then put your plan on a wall so your Angels can see it too,
   because they are part of your plan and they want you to be a success
   too, so share your plan with them. When they know where you are
   going, then they can go out and arrange your plan, because you only
   have to do fifty percent of everything, as the other fifty percent is
   from your Angels.

   Passion is not only used in sex or as an expression of love, it is the
   way you live your life to the fullest. Have a passion for doing things
   your way, for living your life, your style and for reaching your goals so
   you treasure the fulfillment of success. Be committed to living your
   life with self-loyalty and self- responsibility. 

   Pleasure is working in a business energy and enjoying what you are
   getting out of it, while you notice how you are providing a service for
   yourself first, and if the service you provide for others is sincere and
   honest with clear motives. Always know why you are doing something,
   because if you do not know why, then why do it? Who is in control of
   your life? 

   Peek inside now and then for a look at yourself, your feelings and you
   as a soul. You will notice that you as a soul do not want to get
   involved in the problems of your physical body, so you mind your own
   business. Your business is running your life, so learn to be detached
   and see your life from a soul point of view, from a bigger spiritual
   picture and from a universal sense. Spiritually, everything that
   happens is OK. 
 

Q
 

   Quietly and surely we can be an example and live life. We do not have
   to go out of our way to force changes upon people, because that is not
   our business and not part of our life plan. All people have their own
   unique timing for change and growth and they and their Angels know
   the perfect time, which may not match ours. By living your life you
   are respecting yourself, your situation, and you will notice that later,
   and at the perfect time, others may ask you how you changed or they
   may want help to change. This is when you remain detached and give
   people a suggestion by saying: "If I was in your situation, I would do
   this..." or "In my opinion..." Then they have free will to change in the
   time and manner that suits them. 

   Our Quest is to graduate from planet earth and take our learning
   experiences with us, as wisdom, in our true feelings. If we do not
   learn what we came to learn, then we will return until the lesson is
   learned. We are all Angels in training. 
 
 

R

   Rest is essential because it helps us experience and put together the
   physical and spiritual aspects of our life. Because we live in those
   two worlds at one time. 

   Regrouping helps us wrap up old energy so we can close it and start a
   new opportunity. By answering the following questions, you can
   regroup any situation and enjoy the fulfillment of success: 

   1} What did I learn about myself? 
   2} What would I like to change within myself? 
   3} What would I do differently? 
   4} What was my highlight? 
   5} What can I share with others to help them to help themselves? 

   Results happen when you ask for help. Many people are afraid to ask
   for help or they have been told it is wrong. There is no right or wrong,
   no good or bad. Ask your Angels for help in any situation and you will
   be amazed what happens. Trust yourself, your Angels and your
   universe. 
 

S
 

   Sex is communication. It is a soul needing to express itself with
   another soul. 

   Sex is having fun and enjoying every aspect of your beautiful physical
   body. 

   Sex is creating a new physical body to enable another soul to come
   here to learn and grow. It is sharing the love that you are, with
   another person of lawful age, no matter who that person is. It is live
   and let live with respect. 

   Shelter is one of our basic needs. We need to respect our self and our
   business-like life energy by planning and providing our self and our
   family or partner with adequate shelter. 

   Sincerity is a deeper honesty, so I take every opportunity to be true
   and honest with myself. 

   Souls are spirit, I am spirit. I am total love. My Angels are spirit.
   Animals are spirit and there are nature spirits, environment spirits
   and tiers of spirits, Angels and Archangels to support us all as we
   live and grow on planet earth. 
 
 

T

   Trees are wonderful for healing. Plant a tree and see how it grows
   over the years. See how you have grown over the years. Then hug that
   same tree. Feel the healing. 

   Treasure your growth and the way you have changed over the last few
   months, years and decades. See where you have been and where you
   are now. Thank your Angels and the universe for their backing to get
   you to this magic point of time in your life.

   Trust and security come from knowing that you are a soul with a
   physical body, you are a child of the universe and you are in the
   centre of your universe. You are the twinkling star. 

   Treat your past experiences like training, because you will use their
   lessons into the future and beyond. Remember to pass on these
   lessons to others so that they may learn from you expressing your
   wisdom. We are here to share our experiences. 
 

U
 

   Universal energy can be channelled for use by anyone. Providing that
   your motives are clear, you are able to tap into this powerful,
   laser-like energy and direct it to enable you to reach your goals, your
   dreams and your desires to fulfill your life purpose, with passion.
   There are no limits, only those you choose to impose upon yourself. 

   Uniqueness and individuality can be seen in every human being. No
   other person has experienced the past lives I have lived or the
   lessons that I am learning this lifetime. It does not matter what a
   person's situation is, from the humblest to the wealthiest, everyone is
   a soul of about four watts of energy. Every person's state of
   consciousness is different and that changes constantly, depending on
   self- acceptance and attitude. No one is "greater" or "lesser" than
   another because everyone is special and beautiful. 

   Understanding is getting all the facts. 
 

V
 

   Victory over confusion and confused souls will help change the energy
   on planet earth. People need to know the difference, sometimes a
   fine line, between Angels who use unconditional love and backing and
   the confused souls who manipulate and use fear, depression, guilt,
   revenge and anger. The bottom line is love or fear. Love is positive,
   cool, calm, directed, joyful and uplifting. What do you want? You have
   a choice. You can change anything in your life. What are your true
   feelings saying? Allow yourself the freedom to change. 

   Visions, dreams and future pictures will help you see your path this
   lifetime. Note your dreams which are messages from your Angels,
   your Archangel and the universe. Heed your dreams and discern the
   hidden message so you know personally the inner meaning and the
   truth behind your desires. Live your dreams with passion so they
   happen. Don't let fear or trivia stand in your way. 
 

W
 

   Wishes, hopes and dreams are great, playing ping-pong in your head,
   however you need to live your dreams and make them happen. In your
   first seven years you were probably shown how to make wishes, then
   you were disillusioned by other people's games. Play your game,
   using your rules in your ball park, because it is your life. When others
   come to play in your ball park, tell them your rules, then both parties
   are clear and factual and there is no fear. Set your goals and then
   plan your steps to them. Break down the giant steps to manageable
   smaller ones you can handle. 

   Welcome newness into your life. New people, different situations,
   unexplored styles, unusual and innovative techniques or a pioneering
   feeling of adventure. Allow your Angels to set up learning situations
   for you to grow and expand your life and state of consciousness. 

   Wisdom is sharing your experiences from your true feelings. Listen to
   yourself share, so you know the depth of your wisdom. 
 

X
 

   X-ray vision can be used to see through trivia for instant solutions.
   Use detachment and creativity to change energy, just like flipping a
   coin. Remember to breathe, when you feel lighter, the solution
   materializes and simple healing creates harmony. 

   X-ray your spiritual energy. See the areas that need adjusting and set
   goals to change that area or old habit. Invent a new positive habit to
   replace the old one. Thank your parents or the people who supported
   you in your first fourteen years for the concepts they had, so that you
   could learn from them. Let them know that they did the best they
   knew how, under the circumstances. As a soul you chose your life
   purpose, your team of Angels, your parents, your birth place and your
   four means of communication even before you arrived on this planet.
   These four aspects of communication are: feelings, knowing (or
   hunches), vision and intuition (hearing, with fairness and
   organization). Use all four means of communication. 
 

Y
 

   You are number one in your universe. 

   You are the most important person on this planet. You are being
   selfish to yourself if you do not see yourself as number one. Who
   breathes for you? 

   Young people need to hear about hope, patience and respect for
   themselves first and then all others. They are the leadership of
   tomorrow and they learn about their own leadership by taking
   opportunity and moving forward to live the success they already are.
   People are successful, just by simply being here on this planet and
   living their life. Delegate and offer people opportunity. 

   Younger children are simply old souls in small bodies, they have been
   here before and they know why they are here. 

   Your life is to be enjoyed, treasure your journey and what you learn. 
 
 

Z

   Zoom ahead with direction and precision. Know where you are going
   and set course. You have all the time in the world when you do
   everything slowly, sincerely and with joy in your heart. Take the time
   to enjoy your excursion through life, with clear motives, while
   everything is arranged into place, because you are using the fifty
   percent backing from your Angels and the universe. 

   Zest can be added to any moment. It is the passion in your
   expression or the angle of display and depth of detail in your picture.
   It is the key words you hear to understand situations. It is organizing
   your feelings so you trust your sensitivity and become aware of your
   energy and that of your environment. It is also trusting your hunches
   and flowing with them at the perfect time. It is living your life,
   sharing your trust and communicating your sparkle in a relaxed and
   simple manner.
