YOU CAN CONVERT BUDDHA BUT NOVO?

Some people have wished to convert me in the past. Some have tried to evangelize me. My usual answer to them if they are overt is,

"Maybe you can convert Buddha but not NOVO."

Well I ought to give those who pursue to convert me a better game than that. So here are a few general things that I would ask of you if you want to take up the challenge of converting me. Take them step by step and send it to me by Email. Remember reality is not a slave to your belief. Answer these questions objectively ... I am not looking for what you believe here. I am asking you to prove what you believe.

1) Prove there is another world(s) outside this world that we dwell.

2) Prove that world (that you proved in the previous question) is the spiritual world.

3) Prove that this spiritual world contains a self sustained entity.

4) Prove that this entity is intelligent and then prove that this entity is God(s).

5) Prove that the spiritual world  and the God(s) that you proved correspond to your religion or faith. That means you have to prove that the spiritual world and God that you proved previously is accurately depicted in your religion or faith. (Prove they are the same.)

6) Prove that your religion or faith's holy book contains the true teachings of that God(s).

Note: Some people try to get away with the last question with a circular argument. So I recommend that you answer the questions in order. Answer the second when you have answered the first and so forth.

What circular argument? Ok let me start off with an example of a circular argument.
You ask me, "Where is the post office?"

I answer,"Its in front of the Police station."

You say, "Ok, where is the police station?"

I answer, "Its in front of the Post Office."

You ask a bit frustrated, "Alright where are the both of them?"

"They are opposite of each other, silly!"

What I did was give you circular directions that will get you nowhere. The directions were useless and meaningless unless directions to one of those two places is established independently relative to where you are. Then you would be able to go where you wanted to.

Likewise some people would say that God exists (the way their religion (faith) depicts) because that's what is said in the "holy book (Bible, Quran... take your pick). Then when one would ask, why do I have to believe the "holy book" says. Then the ready made answer would be, "It is true as it is the word of the God, silly!"

That is circular argument, using one to prove the other without first establishing one independent of the other relative to where we stand. So do go in order. :) Have fun!
