| The Old Bathroom |
| My sister refused to shower in this bathroom, so her visits were necessarily of short duration before the remodel. When we got thsese pictures back, I was surprised. I hadn't realized how bad it really was. Then again, I don't spend a lot of time in the bathroom with my glasses on. Note the rust stains in the shower and mildew patch on the wall. The kicky little shower head also required people over, oh, 5'7" or so to extend one leg in a lunge and arch their back sharply in order to shampoo. |

| We found out, when we started shopping, that ours was a narrower than standard tub. This explained why showering together was sort of like being in a phonebooth together (only soapier). The tub was also completely stripped of enamel. |
