KING OF JORDAN ATTENDS MIDEAST PEACE AGREEMENT SIGNING September 5, 1999
ABC News reported late yesterday: "Jordan's King Abdullah will fly to Egypt shortly to attend the signing of a peace deal between Israel and the Palestinians, officials said. Palestinian President Yasser Arafat and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak were scheduled to sign the deal on a modified Wye River accord at the Egyptian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh on Saturday night. Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright will also attend..."
U.S. GUARANTEES OF PALESTINIAN STATE BY IN YEAR 2000 September 6, 19999
UPI reported Sunday: Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat said today that according to the guarantees he got from United States and according to the declaration of Berlin, a Palestinian State will be declared in 2000. Speaking to reporters on his return from a visit to the Vatican, Arafat said that the issue of declaring an independent Palestinian State was included in the declaration of Berlin, "and in the letter of guarantees that I received from Albright yesterday."
So what does this mean?
1Thess.5: 1-3 "But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape."
Some feel that this will take place in the middle of the Tribulation period under the antichrist. This is not correct. The second Tribulation/Day of the Lord begins wars and rumours of wars will break out everywhere.
Revelation 6:1,2 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. 2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
Matt. 24:6-7 "And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows."
War will mark the start of the Day of the Lord.
Isaiah 13:6-9 "Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty.Therefore shall all hands be faint, and every man's heart shall melt: And they shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces shall be as flames.Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it."
Like Jesus indicates with sorrows, the Day of the Lord begins right after we are Raptured and the 7 year Tribulation of judgment against the wicked and unrepentant begins. I believe that satan comes only to destroy with war. John 10:10 "The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy."
I believe that there will be only a momentary peace in Israel before the Day of the Lord and Tribulation snap like a a snare onto the world. Instantly after the Rapture war will break out all over as civil unrest takes hold from the panic of us being Raptured from among them. Everyone will be fighting for control in all countries.
Markets will then collapse all over the world. Revelation 6:6 "And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, (a day's wages) and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine."
Some have said to me that the Day of the Lord does not come till after the 7 year Tribulation period. They point out Acts 2:16-20 "But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come."
What amazes me is that for the last two years there has been red moons over Israel. Also on Aug. 11th, 1999 there was a total solar eclipse over Israel!
Right now there is "Peace and Safety" in Israel with the signing of this peace accord. Is the Day of the Lord about to begin? Is Rapture at hand? We will soon find out this Rosh HaShanah Sept. 10th to 11th!
