Eric at a Glance
Hello there, I am glad that you decided to come and learn more about me. I was born and raised in Potsdam, NY. I went to school in Potsdam and really got to enjoy my childhood in this small town setting. All through school I was pretty involved in sports and music. I was a big hockey fan and remain that way to this day. When I finally graduated in 1996 from high school, I was still not sure what I wanted to do with my life when I "grew up."
I made the decision to go to college to pursure a career in Criminal Justice. I made the decision to go to Le Moyne College and I have never regretted that decision. I met some very good people there that helped me to get through the college expierence. I met some of my best friends there and I still remain in contact with many of them. I had the ability to do two of the best internships that a person could ever do. I worked with the Onondoaga County Sheriff's Department and then I worked with the Onondaga County DA Office. Through these internships I decided that I wanted to be involved with "street level" law enforcement.
I decided on taking a job with the United States Border Patrol. It is the best decision that I have ever made in my life. I was required to leave New York and attend a training academy in Charleston, S.C. and then relocate to the Douglas, AZ Border Patrol Station. I decided to live in Sierra Visa, AZ. I have been a Border Patrol Agent for over 5 years and have loved almost every minute of it. I have gotten to do many different things with the Border Patrol and am glad to be part of this Agency, especially with the new concerns of Homeland Security.
I have finally jumped in and taken the plunge. Jaime and I have gotten married, June 25th 2005 was the big day. And I have a few pictures of us here. I also just bought a new house, well new to me anyway. I have some great pictures of it before and after...Click here.
