| In the last half a year or so, I've found a very interesting and entertaining hobby in collecting anim� MIDI files. I absolutely love anim� and anim�-related games. My favourite game being Final Fantasy 7 (That's why there are almost 200 FF7 MIDIs on this site...) and my favourite anim�, Escaflowne. Anyway. It was Kits Anim� MIDIs that really got me into it. Before I visited that site I'd never even heard of a MIDI file. So, I gathered up a pretty big personal collection of MIDIs. At the moment I have about 800 stored on my computer, all related to anim� and games. I spent a lot of time searching the web for MIDIs and was really disappointed to find that a lot of anim�s and games, like Escaflowne and Kingdom Hearts, have very few MIDIs available. And the few files that were available would be scattered across several sites. Eg, the kind of situation when you type in your anim� name into the search box, along with the word MIDI obviously, and you get about 7 matches. At least one of them is in Japanese, two or so of them are in German and the rest have about 3 MIDIs each, with most having pretty much the same ones as the others. Well what I wanted to do was have a site that tried to bring them together. So I've gathered MIDIs from all over the place and put them all together on my site. Thats why I have a small selection of anim� and game titles but a large selection of MIDIs for each title. And that was my dream. Lol. I bet there are very, very few people who are still reading at this point. Most of them will probably have closed the window lonnnng ago or fallen asleep. Anyway. So I'm happy that my site is finally here, even though it took a bit of work. And I'm wanting to thank the people that helped me. The sites I got MIDI off of like Kits, AMF4U, FF8 Kingdom and MangaKat. And a whole lot more. Also the people that helped me in the actual design and creation of the site, like my friends who know more about web design than I ever will, all that gang. But anyway.
