Engine 243

Is a 1980 American LaFrance Century 1000.  She has a 1500 gpm pump and 500 gallons of water. She used to serve Fort Worth FD as Engine 8 at Risedale and 8th Ave.  We're either gonna refurvish or replace her soon.
Attack 43

Is a 2002 Ford F-550 with a custom build body.  She has a Hale 300GPM pump and a 450 gallon poly tank. She carried a variety of tools and equipment. This is our multi-purpose unit the can do a little bit of everything.  She also carries a Class A foam system.
Brush 243

A-43's little sister she is a 2002 F-350 with a 150gpm pump and 300 gallon poly tank.  Her main purpose is to go off road to put out grass and brush fires. She carries various shovels, rakes, axes and other equipment.
Station 243 is located just south is the intersection of US 180 and FM 113.  It was built on the foundation of an old house and houses three pieces of apparatus.  Station 43 is first due to an incident on US 180 or calls to assist Millsap F.D.  E-43 is due for replacement this year and will likely be placed in reserve at Sta 243 in Garner.
