Egypt Vacation , September 2002
We travelled the nile by ship from Luxor to Aswan, from Aswan back to Luxor and then flew to Cairo. From there we travelled to Hurghada. There were many stops in between. The culture, the temples, the pyramids, the diving and the peoples way of life is something that we  will never forget. Its a lifetime experience that all should see and do.
I only hope that I am able to transfer some of the exciting and the mysterious feelings in my pictures that my wife and I had
experienced during our vacation in Egypt.;~)
This is this one stop along our long journey in egypt. This is a picture of our hotel in Cairo that I took in the evening. The pyramids are approximately 4 to 5 km west of our hotel. The weather was great. As you can see there were very few clouds,if any.For the 17 days that we were there we might have seen a total of 4 or 5 clouds altogether. As you can see the sunsets and the sunrises were the most spectacular colors coming from the desert plains that I have ever seen..
