Important Info for dance GROUPS !!!! - March 21, 2004 

1. Some of the grps are not refering to the schedules and asking me for whenz ur slot n stuf..Plz do refer to it as it will defeat the purpose of me sending it to u guyz if u all dunt refer to it.
   
   
2. Onli Group leaders are allowed to take the keys from the counters unless requested by dance group leaders. If u think, the leader can't take the keys, assign another REP but u MUST let me know and let it be consistent.
   
   
3. When i ask for information, some of the grps are not co-operating with me which slowz up the process of getting things done. So plz, do get back to me when i need stuff to be done by u guyz.
   
   
4. Grps are NOT allowed to make their own decisions on thier own of switching rooms without my permission as i would need to check with the authorities involved.
   
   
5. If u think , this particular day u can't make it and on another day u can, but ur grp doesnt have a slot, try talking to the individual leaders. This is all communication between u guyz. If both parties agree, then inform me in advance of 2-3 days. Last minute changes might not be entertained.
   
   
6. U all should understand that there are 6 grps to handle and its nt easy for me to ask every grp's problem. So if uve got a problem with the dance, bring it up to me or the committee and dunt make decisions or assume things by urselves.
   
   
7. Groups are to note that u guyz mus ensure discipline at all times - from taking keys from the counters to communicating with the committee. Actions will be taken against groups who fail to do so.
   
   
8. I noticed that some of the grps are not using the studios at times. I understand that ur grp ppl mite nt be able to make it or working. But uve got to take into consideration that there are some other groups who might need the rooms urgently. So plz, inform me if ure nt using the rooms.
   
   
9. Plz ensure Punctuality at all times when we ask u guyz to meet somewhere for something. We all work as a team, if we have to wait, all of us will wait.. Plz dun show ur attitude by juz walking away cuz thats not tha way u work.
   
   
10. Plz take note that, the way of scheduling will not change. It goes on a rotating schedule. So i will not attend to any individual grp's favour. It will go on as per normal as it was going on smoothly for 3 weeks.  So juz follow the schedule. You can even refer to the TPICG's noticeboard if ure unsure.

    If its for TPICG- plz contact najma. DO NOT msg others or trouble our Advisor, Sabrina as its supposed to be us doing the job. I'm telling this out of my concern and not told to do so by any1.
    
    
12. I'm nt gona mention names for the grps which caused the problems mentioned as above, cuz we work as a family, so all the rules apply to all the people in TPICG.
    
    Well that's for now, plz take everything which ive said into consideration n follow closely to whateva ive said to make life easier for u n me and for everyone.
