Staff is to right grasped only in right hand. Left hand is palm up and perpendicular to staff. Sweep hand to left while breathing in and follwing with eyes. Bring hand to chest with palm out and push out while exhaling. Circle hand underneath ending in a strong backfist. Grasp staff with left hand.
Do a basic spin, rotating once. Come into a half moon with left foot, point staff 45 up and 45 to the left. Begin form.
Left half moon back with overhead block.
Left half moon forward with downward strike.
Right half moon back with overhead block.
Right half moon froward with downward strike.
Left half moon back with overhead block.
Right half moon froward with left side strike.
Left half moon back with right side block.
Right hand spins staff around head and downward to sweep feet.
Jump.
Finish sweep by turning all the way 180* to right and recovering left hand in overhead block. You are now back to him.
Come down from jump in right half moon and right downward strike to head with kyup.
Dancing horse back with low strike to right.
Right half moon back with low block
Spin dancing horse around to downward strike.
High block, no step
Upward strike.
Low block.
Left half moon back with overhead block.
Right half moon froward with downward strike.
Right half moon back with overhead block.
Left half moon forward with downward strike.
