| Starting at front position, bow. Bring wrist together in front at waist level (hands are in fists) and slowly up toward face while breathing in. Bring down and out to sides while breathing out and stepping out with right foot into horse stance. Begin form. | |||||||||||||||

| Look to left. Left foot comes in and left fist draws back to opposite shoulder. Come into half moon to west with left foot with left low block. Half moon forward drop into right thrust to groin. Look over right shoulder. Right foot comes in and right fist comes to opposite shoulder. Step out 180* to the east with right foot and right low block. Half moon forward with left thrust to groin. Look to left. Draw left foot in and left fist to shoulder, come out 90* to north with low block and kyup. Half moon forward with right 2 knuckle, recant with right hammer to groin.. Half moon forward with left 2 knuckle, recant with left hammer to groin. Half moon forward with right 2 knuckle, recant with right hammer to groin. Look over left shoulder, draw left foot in and left fist to shoulder. Spin 270* to east coming out into low block with left foot out in half moon. Half moon forward with right back 2 knuckle. Look over right shoulder, draw right foot in and right fist to soulder. Turn 180* to west into half moon and right low block. Half moon forward with left back 2 knuckle. Look to left. Draw left foot in and left fist to shoulder, come out 90* to south with low block and kyup. Half moon forward with #5 block, #6 block, right thrust to groin, left back 2 knuckle. Half moon forward with #6 block, #5 block, left thrust to groin, right back 2 knuckle. Half moon forward with #5 block, #6 block, right thrust to groin, left back 2 knuckle. Look over left shoulder, draw left foot in and left fist to shoulder. Spin 270* to west coming out into low block with left foot out in half moon. Half moon forward with #1 block and strike. Look over right shoulder, draw right foot in and right fist to soulder. Turn 180* to east into half moon and right low block. Half moon forward with #2 block and strike. |
