All kicks are to be executed from a horse stance, sliding into a flamingo stance, then delovering the kick, recovering to flamingo, then sliding back to a horse stance unless otherwise noted. As with punches, do not overextend knee.
Kicks
Front ball (toes back, kicking with ball of foot)
Front instep
(toes curled down, kicking with instep)
Back k
ick (peak over shoulder. Leg should slide against other leg, drive heel into target)
White
Side blade (drive side of foot down through knee at 45 deg angle)
Side thrust (do NOT use blade, use heal of foot. Pivot on opposite foot while driving heal of other foot to the side. Roll hips over slightly. Remember to keep guard up)
Crescent (from the floow, drive through hitting knee with inside of foot and recover to a flamingo)
Orange
Reverse crescent (Dirving to the outside from center position, hitting his knee with outside of foot and recovering to flamingo)
Crossing side thrust
(cross back foot behind kicking foot, then chamber and deliver side thrust kick)
Hopping side thrust
(hopping to the side, toward opponent, and landing on the plant foot a split second before delivering thrust kick)
Purple
Round house (Stay low when practicing this kick. The roundhouse is the most misused and incorrectly done kick in the martial arts world. DO NOT drop your guard while executing this kick. From falmingo, deliver kick while pivoting plant foot and rolling hips in direction of kick. May be used as either ball kick or instep)
Rising heal
(Not from flamingo. Bring feet together, lift foot in back while peaking over shuolder. Knees should remain together)
Stepping stool
(lift knee of opposite foot to gain height then deliver a front ball kick in the air, landing on opposite foot)
Spinning back
(delivered to the side. Keep knees together, kick low. The kick is the most important part. Eventually you will need to recover by spinning through to your original position)
Blue
Hook kick (like a backwards roundhouse. Chamber the roundhouse, pivot and roll the hips over. Then extend the leg and band it at the knee, driving the heel into his rib or face. This motion sould have a lsight upward arc on it)
Spinning wheel kick
(not form flamingo, not spinning hook like TKD. Keep leg straight until impact. Delivered to side in practice)
Thrusting heel kick (Drive heel down and slightly forward, sink into it. No bouncing)
Green
Jart (From rest, come right off the floor striking either with outside or inside of foot. This is more of a block to a kick)
Scissor  (Jumping kick from horse stance. Front instep and rising heal at same time while jumping in the air. Land in horse stance. Practice first as instep/rising heal, then front ball/back kick, and at brown belt you will do it as snake and back snake)
Double crecent (Deliver crecent, spinning around. When you are at 180 deg or slightly better, the kick foot comes down and the other leg lifts at the knee continuing spin. After knee goes by target, kicking foot comes up with another crecent, land on opposite foot.Recover to flamingo)
Extended rising heal (a riding heal kick, leaning forward and bringing knee of kicking foot upward while bending knee and driving heel up)
