| Left palm block pushing arm inside. As with most every block, catch him on the wrist. Lunge forward with left foot and sliding left arm up his arm to shoulder, delivering right thrust punch to face. Draw right fist back to your opposite shoulder and deliver a hammer strike through his ribs while left hand maintains pressure on his arm. Follow through with the hammer in a clockwise circular motion that ends by coming up into his groin. During this cicle you will probably come into contact with his striking arm, knocking it upward, that's fine. |
