| Open hands to a flattened position. Turn wrists over so palms are facing up, as far as you can. Step back while pulling hands up by your ears, breaking his grip. Kick the groin with fott you steped back with. Recover from kick with foot back. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Poison thumbs (reinforced thumbs up) to arm pits. Cross ridge hands inside his arms and thrust them back, breaking his grip. Thrust forward with double knife hand breaking collar bones. Step into double thrust to the two median nerves. |

| Back kick to knee with right foot. Step back and around him with left foot, keeping close. Bring left arm straight up and around, locking his arms up. Bring hand all the way through, palm should face out and he should be leaning back with your knee against the back of his knee. Make sure you have his back locked. Thrust punch beside hip bone, just above groin. |

| Must be proficient from each side Pinch him high on the inner thigh. Drive both fists (facing up) into him from either side, back side into lower spine, front to groin. Reach up and around with back hand and grab his face, middle finger under nose, thumb under jaw. Pull back and stand up locking his spine. Thrust punch just above hip bone. |
