Full nelson-
Bring hands to forehead and lock arms down.
Stomp.
On same side as stomp, step around back of attacker and lock knee back.
Elbow face.
Single wrist grab-
Strike and trap with opposite hand.
Wave, trapping wrist and bringing hand to side and elbow to elbow.
Kick to face.
Arm lock behind back-
Rearward elbow to face followed by eagle claw to throat.
Arm lock from shoulder grab defense-
You are attacking with shoulder grab. He uses shoulder grab defense. You spin around with rearward elbow then eagle claw.
Stradle the Chest-
A:
He has you pinned by wrists. Decide which side you want him to fall. Turn wrists away from that side and use opposite knee to hit him in the butt.

Rool over on top and pin his bicepts.

B:
He is on top about to pummel you.
Knee him, bringing his face foreward. Grab one ear and with other hand shove thumb into eye. Roll his head down and get on him.
