Willow Palm
Willow Palm is actualy more of a strike than a block and can become a powerful tool if practiced right. Striking point is the top of the wrist or lower butt of palm.

Start with
palm block salutation. From there, hand should be out and palms should face inward.

Shoot wrists to the outside (all blocks are done both sides at once to practice). Hands should be loose and bent in, fingers pointing at each other.

Shoot wrists inside. Hands should be palm facing out.

Shoot wrists up. Hands should dangle down like begging dog.

Shoot wrists downs. Hands should be up, palm foreward.

End salutation like
Palm block.
