| Learn the blocking system first, then the blocking system with the strikes. Blocks 1 through 4 should pass in front of your body just beneath your eyes. Make sure, especially on 3 and 4, to clear your whole body. 5 and 6 should shoot out, just in front of your head, making sure to cover your whole head with the block.
