| This is a ju-jitsu based blocking system and is done with much breathing and dynamic tension | ||||||||||||
| Salutation- From front position, cross hands in front of chest, palm in, and breaht in. Exhale as you let hands come down in front of you so that they are at your side, fingers pointing to the ground as you step out to horse. Bring them back up the same path, ketting them cross, then bring hands about shoulder height, palms up, and a little more than shoulder width as you exhale (inhale when crossing hands, exhale when bringing hands out to position). Bring hands in again to the cross and do the downward mothion again. Bring them up and this time bring them out palms out, fingers pointing up and out just past shoulder width. |

| Trap by slamming forearms together in front of you, palms turn in. Roll hands around so palms are facing down then push down. Cup and saucer to right, looking left. Tigers high and low to left, upper starting at ear. Make sure they move together and not too far away from body. Cup and saucer to left, look right. Tigers high and low to right, upper starting at ear. Make sure they move together and not too far away from body. Break to front, then grab collar bones. Reenforced right ridgehand block. Right hand folds down in front of body, pushing down while left pushes up, make wide circle. Come into tigers, right hand up by ear, left at hip and push them out to center, not too far. Reenforced left ridgehand block. Left hand folds down in front of body, pushing down while right pushes up, make wide circle. Come into tigers, left hand up by ear, right at hip and push them out to center, not too far. |

| End salutation- Cross hands in front as in beginning, have them go down as you breath out. Bring right hand and foot into front position. |
