Dear Friends, Chris is a published photographer. We, for a couple of years, had a photography studio in Sutherlin, Oregon. We soon realized we liked writing and publishing more than taking our time with portraits etc. We have written for a couple of magazines you may recognize: Oregon Magazine and Oregon Coast Magazine. Oregon Magazine has sent us to some excitng places to report on, and we enjoyed the experience very much. I've written two novels (neither published), several short stories and of course the short story From the Riverside located on this web site. We began our relationship with jet boat racing when we first attended a race at Gold Beach several years ago. I was amazed that a woman would even want to race one of these powerful boats. I was thrilled to meet and become friends with Val Ramsdell. We eventually bought the Ramsdell's first boat and it is now parked in our driveway. . |
