Links

Ah, the inevitable links section. If you're here, you probably know how to find the other bands in the uam already. But i'm obligated to link to them. Unity is strength, and all that...All the bands are worth a look, the music is diverse enough that there should be something for everybody!

Templemore UAM
The Home of all the UAM bands. From here you can get to any of the sites, message boards etc...tell your friends!

The Semantics
Another band with me! (so you know to avoid them)
Umm, Members Sean Delaney (drums), Brian Murphy (guitar, some vocals), and myself (guitar, vocals).
So far no original material, just covers. Check out the site!

Quoth
Members: Mark Kiely (drums), Steven Hanley (everything else).
Recently a 2 piece with departure of vocalist/bassist/guitarist Liam O Connor, Quoth are determined not to let the grass grow under their feet, and continue on as a 2 piece, especially given the success of their most recent impromptu gig. Up to this point, music is what I would term rock/melodic metal. But thats just my opinion. Some original stuff done, no mp3s available yet unfortunately.

Catalyst
Tom O Carroll (Vocals, guitar) John Quill (guitar, lead guitar), Seamus Quaid (bass), Peter Delaney (drums).
The UAM's 4-piece provider of heavy metal. Not exclusively heavy, but when they are being heavy, they're heavier than any of the other bands listed in the UAM. So far. Soon, there will be a name change, and catalyst will be no more, although the line up will remain the same. Stay tuned for more news.

Antihuman
John Quill (Guitar, Bass, Keys, Programming), Garrett Quill (All Vocals, Programming, Bass, Keys)
This is the definition of "bedroom-based" metallishness. That's not even slightly a word i know. They have more albums than all the other members of the UAM put together. Definitely one to watch. Their damn site is never updated though!

24X
Liam O Connor (everything!)
Another solo venture, Liam does everything on this project....very melodic, from what i've heard, well worth a listen. Already got 2 EPs done, so he's ahead of me, damn his eyes. But i'm working on EP2, and hopefully will catch up soon.

Slavior
John Quill (everything)
Yup, as if being a member of Catalyst and Antihuman wasn't enough...Quill has a little solo venture. If that wasn't enough, he's one half of new 2 piece 2000BC (no website yet), and he's offered to drum for me, and wants to be part of a drum and bass venture i intend to start with Mark from Quoth. He is the UAM's musical "working girl". But it's quality, so you can't complain. The song "The Exception" off "Agony", was jokingly said to be about me putting on vaseline and trying to slide up the chimney. It was my idea...so you have to check that one out at least!
