Philly producer Michael Lowe is suing Dr. Dre, Xzibit, producer
Scott Storch and Loud Records for alleged copyright infringement.
Lowe claims he was invited to a Philly studio to showcase beats
for Storch, one of which he claims ended up being used by Xzibit
on his single X. Lowe is seeking over $1 million in damages.
