| Biography: Steve Lucas was born in Florida and gained lots of theatrical experience in the US. After receiving his master's degree in opera from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston he appeared in many areas of musical theatre. Up until his engagement in the German production of The Phantom of the Opera, he appeared alongside Marin Mazzie in She Loves Me and in the musical revue From Branson to Broadway. Steve expanded his repertoire as Chanta in La Cage Aux Folles, Captain von Trapp in The Sound of Music and Tamino in The Magic Flute, amongst others. He also appeared in productions such as Crazy for You and Grand Hotel.
A native of Florida, he received his
Bachelor's degree from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida. Steve's operatic credits include Tamino in The Magic Flute Vezinct in The Italian Straw Hat and Tiossido in the world premiere of The Automoble Graveyard. Birthdate: February 8, 19?? Current Engagements / Updates: Steve was with the production of Miss Saign in Stuttgart until it closed in December, 1999. He is currently back in Phantom, also in Stuttgart.
