
| | Biography: Nat Chandler most recently played Lt. Cable with Howard Keel in South pacific. he made his Lake George Opera Festival debut to critical acclaim playing Escamillo, the Toreador, in Carmen. National tours include The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber with Sarah Brightman, Rapunzel's Prince in Into the Woods, and Lun Tha in The King and I with Yul Brynner. At Boston's Huntington Theatre, he played Maximillian in Candide and in New York performed the roles of Billy Bigelow in Carousel and Danilo in The Merry Widow for Opera Northeast. Off Broadway, Mr. Chandler created the roles of Tony Toscanini in Tales of Tinseltown and Hero in Anything You Say. He has appeared as guest artist in Pops concerts with the Minnesota Orchestra and Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra and was the baritone soloist in Beethoven's Ninth Symphony with the Greenville Symphony orchestra. Other operatic credits include Khovavshchima and Boris Godunov at the Metropolitan Opera House, Papageno in The Magic Flute and Marcello in La Boheme for Opera New York, Inc.
