Cats.....what is it about these furry little demons that inspires such love and hate in humans? You love them and care for them, but turn your back for one second and then they start doing every possible thing that drives you nuts. They're the perfect combination of good and evil. If any stranger walks up and asks me what I feel about cats, I would say that I love them. And I do. But of course the second I get home and see the destruction that was wrecked in my abscence then that perfect love turns to rage. I love, cuddle, pet, feed and clean up after my cats everyday. I see to their every need or want. But is that enough? NOOOOO! Not in their little eyes. For them life just isn't complete without a little chaos added; a roll of toilet paper shredded, a little pee on the hardback book that was borrowed from a good friend, even opening the pantry and eating my favorite chocolate candy. Even now I look over and one of them is sleeping the sleep of the innocent on my couch. But I know their secret. Deep in that little kitty heart lies a seed of evil placed by the demon of hell himself. I know as soon as my back is turned that little pure kitty mind will focus its intent upon my most prized possessions and employ havoc liks havoc has never been seen. Aww, but look, he's purring......isn't he cute?....wanna treat baby? Come sit in Mom's lap so I can keep a better eye on you while I type about how naughty your are. Yes that right, purr purr purr..... |
